gordon the gopher and his travels HAS BEEN TO THE CARIBBEAN 2007

Come Share My Stories, Told Through Pictures
This is a site dedicated to the travels of GORDON THE GOPHER; its just a bit of fun for me and some friends who were fans of Gordon. As I have said before, Gordon has travelled with me to a few places around the world, such as Gambia, America and France. There is little doubt that his presence with me, added interest to my adventures and made new friends for both of us! Such travels whetted my appetite for more journies and in the days ahead I anticipate, money forthcoming, that we shall explore more of the world together.
The narrative begins now with what we have already done and where we have already been ......
Spot Gordon in the "Magic Kingdom"!
Gordon traveled with me to Florida to visit the Magic Kingdom and Sea World among other places. Spot him in these and other photographs in the following pages.......
EARLY DAYS
This picture shows my sister's children when they where younger, meeting gordon and friends for the first time. Jamie and Jesamine are great kids and good friends of both Gordon and their Uncle David.

Gordon's origins?
Gordon, as you may remeber, started life on a childrens tv program called "Going Live" with his friend and presenter, Philip Schofield. Such was his charisma, Gordon soon begame the star and the show was rarely seen without him. His antics were highlighted and he was looked for and talked about more and more. As the popularity of the Show grew, so did Gordons and Philip recognised his stardom! Books were written about him and he even had his own cartoon series. Soon replicas of him were bobbing up all over the place and his fame was phenominal! No wonder he makes a difference to the environment wherever he goes!

GAMBIA WAS ANOTHER STORY
Gambia is intoxicating in itself and the sun and the people went to his head; he was always drinking and sometimes even making a nuisance of himself, as these pictures coming up will show; mind you, there was little doubt that he always enjoyed himself too!
